Qualifying Questionnaire

  • Each applicant, by default, is asked to confirm that they have the legal status to be considered for employment in the location of employment, they speak the language spoken in the location of employment, and that they either live or can travel to the location of employment regularly, unless you offer accommodation in the Job Ad.
  • This questionnaire can be enlarged with specific qualifying questions for your organisation (not per job category).

Maximise conversion of Job Ad visitors into converted Job Applicants

Keywords and language

  • When you recruit a local employee, then do not write in English, but instead write in your local language.
  • Mention the name of the position, its exact location, its purpose, the required duties and obligations, and the required qualifications.
  • When you apply ESG ("Environmental, Social, and Governance") guidelines in your business, then market this in regard to how this relates to the employee contract.
  • Be as specific as possible about the compensation; leaving this information out, or keeping this vague, will damage the outcome of what you seek to achieve.

Multi-posting and re-posting

  • Don't limit your search to your own location; post the Job Ad in all markets where possible employees may migrate from.
  • Ideally, re-post the Job Ad every week.
  • Don't advertise what your company needs, but what the applicants need, which is a perspective of training and career advancement. 

Administration Portal 

  • You have access to an administration portal to upload new Job Ads and access received applications.
  • Each applicant receives an automated but personalised acknowledgement of his/her application is required to confirm acceptance of GDPR, and is informed that when you (hiring company) do not respond within 14 days, the application has been unsuccessful. You, therefore, only need to respond to the applications you find of interest and not spend your time corresponding with applicants you cannot consider.

CV Database 

  • Candidate CVs remain available to you in your admin portal also after the application process has been finished, unless you have asked for applications to be forwarded to you by email.
  • We recommend you use the admin portal star rating and comment section when reviewing applications so you can identify candidates for future hire.
  • When you wish to change the status of your Job Ad, you can do so in your admin portal by writing: "End Job Ad", or "Reactivate Job Ad".

Self-Service Promotion

Apply best-practice in GDPR, by discouraging applications by e-mail and instead promote your career site.

  • Create special social media career pages for your company on which you post the below message:

Join the "NAME COMPANY" as "Job Title" at "Name COMPANY" in "Location".
Apply: Client-customised e-jobsapp career site

  • Re-post the same message on social media accounts hosted by local schools, universities, associations, sport clubs, or any other relevant social media account.
  • Identify, and appoint "Ambassadors" among your team, and engage them by asking their support in sharing these messages when posting a new Job Ad.
